Worship of God through music has been a powerful force in our Lutheran heritage and in our spiritual life at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church by the Narrows. We invite you and members of your family to become active in a singing, handbell or drama group as we join our efforts to praise God.

It is by being active in the smaller groups of the church that friendships are formed. In our music groups, we seek to be in ministry to our congregation and to the members of the music groups and their families. Childcare is available as needed. Children’s Music

Babies of St. Mark’s-
Babies of St. Mark’s is for infants through 2 years old.

Little Angels Choir-
Little Angels Choir is for children 3 years – Pre-K (3-5 years old)

Joyful Noise Choir-
The Joyful Noise Choir is for children Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades.

Jubilation Choir-
The Jubilation Choir is for children grades 3 through 5.

Youth Music

J.A.M. (Jesus and Me) Youth Band- J.A.M. is an instrumental ensemble for grades 6-12.  All instruments welcome.

Witness Youth Choir- Witness is a vocal choir for grades 6-12.

Cellos of St. Mark’s - The Cellos of St. Mark’s is for all youth cellists grades 6-12 interested in cello ensemble music.

Adult Music

Bell’s of St. Mark’s-
This is a handbell choir that rings over 4 octaves of Schulmerich Handbells and 3 octaves of handchimes.

Celebration Ensemble-
This group leads congregational singing by voice (cantors) and instruments (guitar, cello, flute, clarinet, recorder, trombone, French horn, piano, organ) and provides special music when needed.

Chancel Choir-
The Chancel Choir sings for the 11:00 a.m. worship service every Sunday, September through June.

Worship Team-
The Worship Team is for all adults age eighteen and older who are looking for an opportunity to praise God through contemporary music styles.
